Associate Creative Director

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and talented Associate Creative Director to join our creative team.  At Brighton, all the expertise needed to deliver insightful and creative marketing solutions is under one roof.  Our collaborative atmosphere allows our experts in each marketing discipline to bring ideas and experience to each project.  This multi-dimensional approach translates to compelling communications and on-trend solutions that deliver results.  

Potential candidates must possess eight to ten years of experience in the creative, advertising, or marketing industries.  We are looking for hard-working, detail-oriented, multi-tasking professionals who know the critical importance of managing client expectations and relationships, while working across teams to ensure that deliverables are on time, on-budget, and error free.

Media Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and hardworking Media Supervisor to join our team. At Brighton, all the expertise needed to deliver insightful and creative marketing solutions is under one roof. This multi-dimensional approach translates to compelling communications and on-trend solutions that deliver results.

The Media Supervisor is an integral part of the Media team and will be responsible for building and the development of media planning costs across national and local offline and digital media, establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors, planning, presenting, and executing media buys, and negotiating contracts, among other duties.

Ideal candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in media, advertising, marketing or a related field and have 3-5 years of media planning and buying experience. We are searching for a candidate that has multi-channel experience across various industries including basic knowledge/entry experience in digital, is solution and processed-oriented, committed to excellence and is looking to further build upon their career in media.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads developing and building media buys that are to the specifications of the strategy/planning team and clients.
  • Contributes to, writes, and clearly presents strategic and tactical media buy recommendation presentations including clearly communicating details and tactics of media, market situations, or impact of market dynamics to clients.
  • Supports and leads the building and development of media planning costs across national and local media inclusive of television, radio, digital, print and OOH.
    • Uploads planning costs as necessary to cost files within MediaTools.
    • Updates purchase costs when necessary to Media Tools and required documents.
    • Manages and organizes flowchart updates, keeping all plans up to date.
  • Leads and assists existing media team members in negotiating/evaluating advertising contracts with media companies to determine pricing and schedules in assigned markets.
  • Owns the development of and manages insertion necessary to hold and place media; works with media vendors to ensure all necessary paperwork is in-house to process billing.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with media vendors that can be leveraged to the benefit of Brighton and our clients.
  • Prepares and presents post buys (when relevant and appropriate). Contributes as necessary to larger post summaries or wrap-up reports working with members from different teams across Brighton.
  • Develop and contribute to client requested POVs, provide marketplace intelligence and perspective, and evaluate potential media partnerships and opportunities.
  • Reviews and develops processes across teams to streamline media specs and timelines for creative teams and financial approval for media authorizations with account teams.
  • Leads monthly financial duties that include organizing and vetting client invoicing, clearing invoices received from media companies, and resolving and preventing discrepancies.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or internship in related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in media, including digital media buying experience.
  • Clearly and effectively communicates with stakeholders and ensures all relevant parties are apprised of key projects or details.
  • Manages workload effectively; meets deadlines while striving for 100 percent accuracy.
  • Effectively leverages tools and technology and proactively identifies solutions and approaches for dealing with tasks and challenges.
  • Works well as part of a team, with ranges of people and personalities, and contributes to the broader visions and goals of the Media department.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to uncover, articulate and implement actionable insights.

Creative Director

Brighton Agency is looking for an experienced, passionate and talented Creative Director to join our team. Our creative directors are the driving force that keeps the creative side of Brighton at the top of its game — they make sure no talent ever goes to waste and the work stays razor sharp. These are crazy-talented people who develop original design concepts, global marketing campaigns and compelling digital media productions. They ensure that the creative delivers on-strategy and they oversee multiple projects through execution while directly managing a team of creatives. The ability to lead and motivate is essential for the role. 

At Brighton, creative directors have a huge job, and we need people who aren’t afraid to tackle this massive undertaking and still say, “We can do more.” This is a leadership role in every aspect of the word, and we need someone who can represent Brighton — our culture, our strategic thinking and our creative standards — to our clients and to the rest of the agency. Creative Directors are responsible for working with our account service team to manage the client relationship for all things related to creative. You will also work alongside the Multimedia, Interactive and Project Management teams.
