Senior Account Manager

Brighton Agency is looking for a passionate, experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Healthcare/Life Sciences team. At Brighton, Senior Account Managers deliver daily on making extraordinary things happen for our clients, their brands and their customers. Successful candidates will have a track record of achieving outstanding results using strategic skills such as managing the planning process and account and project management. You’ll coordinate with other agency disciplines like influencer engagement, creative, media, multimedia and digital. 
 
This is an opportunity to showcase your passion and deep knowledge for building brands and marketing communications and for using your strategic planning and management ability to help ensure that a single project or major campaign is executed on time, on budget and with impact. 
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:   
  • Proactively drive winning ideas forward as part of Brighton’s strategic planning process and work with cross-functional teams
  • Learn our clients’ businesses and audiences at a depth that will enable you to maximize your ability to provide and manage solutions that will help clients achieve business objectives
  • Supervise junior team members in the management of agency accounts by delegating responsibilities while setting and maintaining deadlines 
  • Identify and support new business and organic growth opportunities
  • Meet and liaison with clients to develop relationships, identify objectives and opportunities and discuss strategic approaches to their business
  • Create budgets, manage campaign costs and support invoicing, ensuring profitability
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • 7 to 10 years of experience with project/account management in an agency or corporate marketing setting; B.S. or higher in Marketing, Communications or related required
  • Healthcare marketing communications experience a plus
  • Ability to illustrate results and go the extra mile for clients
  • Simultaneously manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personalities and audiences
  • Ability to thrive independently and as a team member in a creative, friendly and fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Associate Art Director

Brighton Agency has an opportunity for a creative, experienced and talented Associate Art Director to join our Creative team. A successful candidate will possess one to two years of experience in the creative, advertising or marketing fields. We are looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented professional to help develop and execute focused and effective marketing for clients that connect with audiences while also meeting business objectives.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Assist in creation of visual concepts and works with copywriters, digital and account team members
  • Participate in general art production and creating final art
  • Provide assistance to Art Directors, Senior Art Directors and Creative Directors
  • Design, lay out and present concept options to team members and Creative Directors
  • Maintain an interest in commerce, popular culture and advertising, social and cultural trends

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience (healthcare/life sciences experience a plus)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • Highly creative and imaginative
  • High personal accountability with a good eye for detail
  • Thorough understanding of photography, illustration, typography and printing
  • Fluency with design and production software (including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite) and techniques related to print production and digital media

Copywriter

Brighton Agency is looking for a passionate, experienced Copywriter. You’re good with words, but you also understand that words are only as compelling as the ideas they express. Not surprisingly, you’re mildly obsessed with developing original concepts and messages that make an impact—from campaigns to collateral. You’re analytical enough to dive into research but intuitive enough to sense when something important isn’t captured by it. You’re adept at understanding technical concepts and making them accessible through your writing.

As a member of our Creative team, you will work with our Strategy & Planning, Influencer Engagement and Brand Builder teams to propose and create messaging that connects brands and people with thoughtful and engaging marketing solutions. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:   

  • Establish a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, objectives and audiences
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to develop persuasive messaging strategies and original creative across a variety of accounts and mediums
  • Participate in brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the Creative team
  • Present work to clients with polished presentations and strong rationale
  • Manage the development process from concept to production to ensure the quality and consistency of each communication   

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 to 6 years of related experience; B.S. in writing or equivalent required
  • Bonus points for B2B, healthcare, life science, or technical writing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to work with a wide range of personalities and audiences
