Senior Art Director

What You’ll Do

• Concept and design across digital, social, print, packaging and video
• Elevate ideas with thoughtful, on-brand visuals
• Collaborate daily with copywriters, ACDs, CDs and account partners
• Contribute to brainstorms, creative reviews and client presentations
• Mentor junior designers and share your knowledge generously
• Bring fresh thinking and trend awareness into the work

What You’ll Bring

• 3–7 years of agency or design experience
• A portfolio showing strong design fundamentals and multi-channel range
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut; motion or AI familiarity is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects with flexibility and focus
• A positive, team-oriented approach to collaboration and feedback
• A desire to grow while helping others grow alongside you
