We’re a proud Midwestern shop with true show-me swagger. We’re not ashamed to be scrappy and love kicking egos and buzzwords to the curb.

Good humans

We’ve got the kind of people you want with you in the trenches. Not just hard-workers, but good humans (with good dogs). They’ve mastered creative strategy like they’ve mastered their award-winning chili recipes, and they’re not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty either — even if that means renting a toilet for their putt-putt course on the first floor.

Collaborative space

Put your feet up and plug away on the second-floor workspace or steal a colleague to join in the monthly happy hour in the bistro (complete with chefs and/or bartenders). However you prefer to work, you’ve got two floors of open-concept collaborative space to do it. That’s not to mention the countless hotspots throughout downtown Clayton at your disposal.

Join Us

We’re looking for Brightonians. People with major league skills, endless curiosity and the drive to make something great. People who don’t see the horizon as the finish line but as a starting point.

Summer Internships

At Brighton, we are all about giving you the chance to learn and grow from day one. That’s why we’ve designed our internship program for those who thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced atmosphere. Beyond working with our team of talented Brightonians, the interns will work as a team on their very own summer project with a real-life client and will end the summer with an all-agency presentation.
