Here’s what you’ll be doing (hint: it’s a lot more than just resizing ads):
- Partner with art directors to bring concepts to life—and make them sing across every channel.
- Take designs from concept to completion with clean, precise, print-ready and pixel-perfect files.
- Prep files for everything from digital ads to packaging to in-store displays—and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Proof, preflight, press-check and polish every project with eagle-eyed precision.
- Juggle multiple jobs with grace—staying on time, on budget and on brand.
- Revise files quickly and accurately, even under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with designers, account teams, and vendors to make sure every final file hits the mark.
What You’ll Bring to the Party:
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, or a related field—or equivalent experience that proves you’ve got the chops.
- 7–10 years of experience in a design, advertising, or creative production environment.
- A portfolio that shows you sweat the small stuff—in the best way. Bonus points for examples that demonstrate complex file prep and creative problem solving.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). XD and Animate are a plus.
- Deep knowledge of printing processes and production best practices.
- Experience with image retouching, file optimization, and prepping mechanicals for print and digital.
- A love for details, deadlines, and doing things right the first time.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—you’re a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- An organized brain, a calm demeanor, and a serious sense of pride in your craft.
- A curious and open-minded approach to new tools—especially AI. Whether it’s streamlining repetitive tasks or boosting productivity, you see AI as a creative sidekick, not a threat.
