Brighton is looking for a Senior Copywriter with the talent to make brands stand out on shelves, screens, and everywhere in between. You know how to connect with consumers in ways that build desire, loyalty, and buzz. With 4–8 years of experience, ideally in consumer packaged goods, you’re ready to turn insights into campaigns that drive action and love for the brand.
What You’ll Do
- Create compelling consumer-focused campaigns that connect on digital, social, retail, and experiential platforms
- Craft copy for packaging, promotions, and point-of-sale that captures attention and builds brand equity
- Partner with art directors and creative directors to shape integrated CPG campaigns
- Present concepts and copy with polish and confidence
- Collaborate closely with client teams to keep campaigns aligned with business and brand goals
- Guide junior writers with inspiration and constructive feedback
What You Bring
- 4–8 years of copywriting experience, with proven work in consumer packaged goods, retail, or brand marketing
- Portfolio that shows ability to drive consumer engagement across formats
- Strong storytelling and brand voice development skills
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic objectives and timelines
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity (and courage) to use AI tools as a creative ally — from jump-starting ideas to sharpening final copy
