Brighton is on the hunt for a Copywriter who loves ideas as much as words. You’ve got a knack for making the complicated simple, the technical approachable and the everyday unforgettable. If turning insights into scroll-stopping, smile-inducing copy sounds like your jam, keep reading.

At Brighton, you’ll team up with smart, creative humans across strategy, design and client service to dream up big ideas and bring them to life — on screens, in print and everywhere in between. One day it’s campaign concepts, the next it’s social copy, content or a client presentation. Around here, no two days (or briefs) are the same.

What You’ll Do

  • Get to know our clients’ businesses and audiences like they’re your own
  • Brainstorm, concept and write across campaigns, digital, social and print
  • Pitch ideas and present copy with confidence (and personality)
  • Carry projects from spark to final polish, making sure every word earns its keep

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of copywriting experience (agency life a plus)
  • Bonus points for B2B, animal care, life science or technical writing chops
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, plus the ability to flex with different voices and formats
  • A collaborative spirit — you thrive in a fast-moving, team-first environment
