Here’s what you’ll be leading:
- Be the strategic driver for multiple client accounts, proactively identifying opportunities and navigating challenges with a solutions-first mindset
- Build and foster trusted client relationships, serving as their go-to strategic partner while working seamlessly with agency teams
- Lead and manage mid-to-large projects from start to finish, balancing strategy, timelines, and flawless execution
- Dive deep into client industries—especially consumer packaged goods—to anticipate challenges and uncover opportunities
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and communication teams to execute marketing strategies that meet and exceed client objectives
- Oversee budgets and forecasts with precision, ensuring profitability and growth
- Mentor and guide team members, helping them sharpen skills and deliver at a high level
- Drive new business opportunities and organic growth to expand partnerships

What you bring to the team:
- 10–15 years of account management experience in an agency or corporate marketing environment (B.S. in marketing, communications, or related field required)
- Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale projects while juggling multiple priorities with ease
- Strong presentation skills—you’re a confident presenter who can lead client conversations and unify teams
- Strong budget management expertise and a knack for finding opportunities to increase revenue
- Experience in CPG, pet care, or agriculture is a big plus
- A deep understanding of digital media, analytics, and paid media strategies
- A natural ability to inspire and lead, whether working independently or with a team
