Senior Account Executive

Ever feel most in the zone when five things are moving at once and you're the one keeping every single piece on track? Brighton Agency is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Activation team — the group that turns strategy into work that actually ships, on time and on brief.

We're a full-service creative and marketing agency with a consultative backbone, where the power and speed of AI meet human creativity and judgment. Get ready to jump into a fast-paced, high-output team. This role partners closely with our Brand Builders (our client and strategy leads) and leans on our proprietary AI tools to keep projects moving, so you can spend your time on judgment calls, not busywork.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage internal routing and timelines for assigned projects — from brief to final delivery — and flag date risks before they become problems.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact across multiple workstreams.
  • Review work against the brief before it routes to your Brand Builder or out to the client — catching what matters, not just typos.
  • Issue estimates and track budgets against approved scope, leveraging AI to keep the numbers straight so you can focus on flagging what needs a human call.
  • Manage all weekly reports and write meeting recaps that keep every workstream moving — without anyone having to ask.
  • Draft agendas, conference reports and first-pass client communications with AI tools.
  • Coordinate across our creative and production pool (and outside vendors when needed) to keep every job on time and on brand.
  • Learn your clients' businesses and categories in real depth.

What You'll Bring to the Party:

  • 2–5 years of experience in account or project management, ideally in an agency, consulting or technology firm or fast-paced client-services environment that proves you've got the chops.
  • A curious, hands-on approach to AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT — you use them to move faster, not to skip the thinking.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience
  • Sharp organizational instincts and the discipline to juggle multiple projects without dropping a ball.
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills — you can talk to clients and internal teams with equal confidence.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, content trends and performance metrics.
  • Comfort with Monday.com (or similar project management tools) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • The ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We're a team of doers and makers who care about smart strategy and standout work. If you love keeping the trains running while everyone around you does their best work, we want to meet you.
