Account/Project Manager

Brighton is looking for a nimble, solutions-driven Account/Project Manager to keep our ideas in motion and our work on point. In this hybrid role, you’ll be the hub of project execution—bringing clarity, collaboration, and accountability to every step of the process. From managing scopes and schedules to trafficking media assets, overseeing vendors, and supporting our account team, you’ll be the calm in the creative storm and the reason things run like clockwork.

What You’ll Own

  • Project Management: Define, manage, and deliver project plans—including timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables—using Monday.com to keep teams aligned and informed.
  • Media Trafficking: Coordinate flawless asset delivery across media partners and platforms.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Build and manage relationships with external production partners, printers, freelancers, and more.
  • Production Management: Lead the execution of print, digital, social, video, and experiential projects from scoping to final delivery.
  • Account Service Support: Partner closely with account and creative leads to support client-facing work and ensure smooth execution.
  • Process & QC Oversight: Help refine internal processes and implement quality-control standards that keep our work sharp and efficient.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing both in-person and virtual events—from vendor sourcing to on-site coordination.
  • Resource Management: Collaborate with senior project management to oversee internal and freelance resourcing, while assisting with forecasting and retainer planning.

What You Bring

  • 3-4+ years of project management, production, or account management experience, ideally within an agency environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing across digital, social, video, print, and email
  • Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools
  • Familiarity with media specs, print production, digital file delivery, and vendor coordination
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with video production is a plus
  • Familiarity with agriculture clients or industries is a strong plus
