Creative Director - Art

Are you a Creative Director of Art who lives for the work? Whose passion is wildly contagious? Brighton Agency is looking for someone just like you, with 10-15 years of experience, a proven portfolio and an eye for cutting straight through the clutter to the heart of the matter, knowing that no matter what, it can always be better. Conceptual, strategic and tactical, clients ask for you to be put on their business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE

• Works with account executives to ensure the clients’ needs are met and strategic and creative goals are on track
• Develops every aspect of a campaign based on the clients’ marketing plan, conceptualizes those ideas
• Assigns staff to projects and ensures deadlines are met
• Maintain an interest in commerce, popular culture, new advertising trends and techniques, social and cultural trends and fashions

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 10 to 15 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• A portfolio that demonstrates mouth-watering design, ingenious conceptual thinking and more than just the usual solutions to the same old problems
• Proven conceptual creative skills that solve client’s problems while staying on brand and leveraging the latest in digital advertising and design thinking
• Highly creative and imaginative
• High personal accountability with a good eye for detail
• Thorough understanding of photography, illustration, typography and printing
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to work with a wide range of personalities and audiences
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive independently and as a team member in a creative, friendly, and fast-paced environment
